About the Committee

The Transportation DBE Advisory Committee was formed to serve as a forum through which concerns of DBE firms, non-minority contractors and others are addressed, and to provide recommendations for operational and administrative improvements to the commissioner and the appropriate departments.

Stanford Moore of K&M Enterprises currently serves as president of the committee. Prescott Sherrod of PEMCCO Inc. currently serves as vice president. DBEs and other interested parties are invited to quarterly meetings held around the state.
