Temporary closure of Route 700 in Buchanan County scheduled for Saturday (April 5) from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Closure allows for safe removal of equipment by Welmore Coal Company

BUCHANAN COUNTY, Va. – Due to the removal of equipment by Welmore Coal Company, a section of Route 700 in Buchanan County will be closed Saturday (April 5) from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.   The closure will be located between Routes 645 and 650.

Motorists are advised to pay close attention to signs and workers directing traffic around the area.     (END)
