Road Condition Update - September 2, 11 a.m.


   
FREDERICKSBURG – Now that the water has receded on most of the area roads crews are accessing road damage and making the necessary repairs to reopen as many roads as possible. Crews are working to repair the damaged section of Route 30 in King William County between Rt. 360 and Rt. 301. It is anticipated that the repairs will be complete by Friday evening and the road will be reopened to traffic. Local traffic should use the most convenient alternate route. Trucks and through traffic should use Route 360 to I-295 at Richmond to Route 301.

Route 600 – at the King William/Caroline County line - washout
Route 601– between Rt. 30 and the Caroline County line - washout
Route 602 – between Rt. 604 and Rt. 360 – washout
Route 604 – between Rt. 609 and Rt. 652 – washout
Route 604 – between Rt. 609 and Rt. 628 – high water
Route 605 – between Rt. 360 and Rt. 604 – washout
Route 606 – between Rt. 608 and Rt. 1216 – washout
Route 607 – between Rt. 608 and Rt. 643 - washout
Route 608 – between Rt. 610 and Rt. 30 – washout
Route 609 – between Rt. 610 and Rt. 600 – high water
Route 610 – between Rt. 608 and Rt. 609 – washout
Route 610 – between Rt. 30 and 608 – washout
Route 614 – between Rt. 604 and Rt. 615 – washout (one lane open)
