FREDERICKSBURG – The left and center lanes of Interstate 95 South at mile marker 107, just south of Exit 110 (Route 639, Ladysmith) are open to traffic.

The right lane and shoulder remain closed due to an early morning tractor trailer crash. Crews are on scene working to repair the damaged pavement.

The Virginia Department of Transportation expects to complete the milling and paving operation in approximately two hours, at which time the lane will be reopened to traffic.

Motorists are experiencing minimum delays on the interstate. However, motorists are experiencing moderate delays on Route 1 South.
