Update: ONLY ONE LANE REMAINS CLOSED ON I-95 SOUTH NEAR FREDRICKSBURG
The Virginia Department of Transportation has reopened the left and center lanes on Interstate 95 South near Fredericksburg.
The right lane will remain closed until crews can repair the damage pavement.
The pavement will be repaved as soon as a paving crew can be mobilized.
Motorists should expect delays on I-95 South and Route 1.
