PORTSMOUTH - The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will temporarily detour traffic on eastbound Route 58, one mile west of the Midtown Tunnel in Portsmouth at Pinners Point, Sunday, November 13, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for overhead sign structure installation.

Variable Message Boards and other signage will direct motorists to detours. To minimize the effect on traffic, VDOT is conducting this closure during off-peak travel hours.
