TRAFFIC MOVING SLOW AT HAMPTON ROADS BRIDGE-TUNNEL, MONITOR MERRIMAC MEMORIAL BRIDGE-TUNNEL
Expect Delays on Interstate 64 East, Interstate 664 South

8:15 a.m.

HAMPTON ROADS -- Traffic is backed up 8 miles in both directions at the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel as a result of accidents on the interstate this morning.  Two-mile backups are reported in both directions at the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge tunnel due to an earlier crash.
