On Friday, June 11, the National Day of Mourning for President Ronald Reagan, HOV restrictions will be lifted on I-395, 95, 66 and the Dulles Toll Road during the morning and evening rush hours. The HOV lanes will be open to all traffic, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

In addition, there will be no lane closures on Northern Virginia interstates including the Wilson Bridge and Springfield Interchange construction projects.
