Traffic Advisory: Expect I-66 Westbound Delays at Route 234 BusinessNew traffic pattern begins Oct. 23

Beginning Saturday, Oct 23, the four lanes on I-66 westbound in Manassas will be reduced to two lanes one mile prior to where the lanes currently transition from four lanes to two lanes. The new traffic pattern will remain in effect until next spring.

The new traffic pattern will allow crews to make emergency repairs to the Route 234 bridge which was damaged by a tractor-trailer earlier this year. It will also protect workers while construction continues to widen I-66 from Route 234 Business (Sudley Road) to the Route 234/Prince William Parkway.
