TRAFFIC ADVISORY: I-66 WESTBOUND LANE CLOSURES
Motorists can expect major delays on westbound I-66 in Arlington for the next few weeks as the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) drills holes for retaining walls in the vicinity of Westmoreland Street, Exit 68.I-66 westbound has two travel lanes and a merge lane in this area. One to two lanes will be closed weekdays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. as follows:
Friday, January 4, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Single right lane and right shoulder closed.Monday, January 7; 10 a.m to 12 p.m.
Two right lanes and right shoulder closedMonday, January 7; 12 p.m. to 3 p.m..
