RICHMOND—The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has postponed a public hearing to review and discuss preliminary plans for proposed improvements to German School Road and to Midlothian Turnpike due to the inclement weather conditions. The hearing, originally scheduled for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Lucille Brown Middle School on Jahnke Road, will be rescheduled for a later date. No further details are available at this time
