VDOT TO HOLD “PARDON OUR DUST” MEETING ON MATHEWS COURTHOUSE AREA DRAINAGE IMPROVMENTS
Public can learn more about upcoming construction and ask questions from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19 at Mathews Memorial Library

FREDERICKSBURG – The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) invites the public to attend a “Pardon Our Dust” meeting on Thursday, Oct. 19, to learn more about upcoming construction on Mathews Courthouse area drainage improvements in Mathews County.

The meeting will be held:

A brief presentation on the project will be delivered at 5:30 p.m.

Stop by anytime between 5-7 p.m. to view plans and displays of the project improvements. VDOT and project contractor staff will share information on anticipated traffic impacts and will be available to answer questions.

The project will install additional drainage structures along Church Street and Main Street near the Courthouse area.
