Public invited to learn about the project May 31 at the Sandston Public Library
COLONIAL HEIGHTS—The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will host a “pardon our dust” meeting on a project to replace the pavement of westbound Williamsburg Road (Route 60) between I-295 and Whiteside Road in Henrico County.
The public can stop by between 5-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31 at the Sandston Public Library, located at 23 E. Williamsburg Road, Sandston, VA 23150. The meeting will be an open house format, which will provide attendees an opportunity to review and discuss project information individually with project team members.
The project will close the westbound lanes of E. Williamsburg Road (Route 60) from approximately July-October 2017, weather permitting, to complete the work. A detour will be in place for the duration of the project.
Anyone requiring special assistance to attend and participate in this informational meeting may contact VDOT’s Civil Rights Division at (804) 524-6091 or TDD/TTY 711.
