ROAD CLOSURES ON ROUTE 629 AND ROUTE 631 FOR RAILROAD CROSSING REPAIRS JULY 22 TO 24 IN PAGE COUNTY
STAUNTON – Two locations in Page County will be closed to through traffic beginning at 7 a.m. July 22 through July 24 for railroad crossing repairs. Local traffic on each side of the two railroad crossings work zones will still have access.
For the work on Route 629 (Mount Carmel Road), motorists will be detoured via Route 638 (Mill Creek Road), Route 639 (Lakewood Road, and Route 340.
For the work on Route 631 (Middleburg Road), motorists will be detoured via Route 632 (Alans Road) and Route 340.
Both projects are expected to be complete Friday, July 24. All work is weather permitting.
