What's Being Done

Right of way acquisition is currently on hold for Phases II and III of the Moccasin Gap Bypass in Scott County.  The cost for right of way is approximately $7.3 million. 

Continuation of right of way and the start of construction of the Moccasin Gap Bypass is dependent on future funding.
