Under Construction: Route 360 and Route 662 (Sharon Road) Park & Ride Commuter Lot

This project will improve existing commuter parking at the intersection of Route 360 and Route 662 (Sharon Road) in King William County. 

The existing gravel lot will be re-graded, and new pavement, curb and gutter, lighting and signs will be added. When work is complete, the improved lot will have a total of 21 spaces for passenger vehicles, and two of these spaces will be accessible parking. Additionally, there will be 10 spaces for motorcycle parking, and a bicycle rack. 

The lot will close for parking on September 1, 2021, and is anticipated to remain closed for 3 months while construction is underway. The lot is expected to reopen for use in December 2021. 

This project is being funded through Virginia's SMART SCALE program.
