What's Being Done

The Outer Connector Study - Northwest Quadrant involved evaluating nine proposed corridors designed to offer an alternative roadway north and west of I-95 and the City of Fredericksburg. In addition, the new roadway would relieve traffic congestion on Route 3, U.S. 17, and I-95 through the area. The proposed corridors extend from southern Stafford County to the northern portion of Spotsylvania County
