Project Information

The primary purpose of this project is to replace the existing Goshen Rd. (Rt. 658) bridge over Newfound River with a new structure on the existing alignment.

Traffic Impacts

During construction, Goshen Rd. will be closed and the following detour route will be in place:

• Northbound Goshen Rd. (Rt. 658) – Take W. Patrick Henry Rd. (Rt. 54) west to Mountain Rd. (Rt. 33) west to Beaver Dam Rd. (Rt. 715) north to Old Ridge Rd. (Rt. 631) east back to Goshen Rd. (Rt. 658). 

• Southbound Goshen Rd. (Rt. 658) – Take Old Ridge Rd. (Rt. 631) west to Beaver Dam Rd. (Rt. 715) south to Mountain Rd. (Rt. 33) east to W. Patrick Henry Rd. (Rt. 54) east back to Goshen Rd. (Rt. 658).
