Project Details
The project increased the turning area for trucks at the Route 340/522 (Winchester Road) intersection with Route 661 (Fairground Road) in Warren County.Route 661 was also widened to 32 feet in the eastward direction to allow room for future dual left-turn lanes turning onto Route 661 from Route 340/522.
The fairground entrance was also moved east a short distance to enhance safety at this entrance.
The right turn lane on Route 340/522 onto Route 661 was extended and is now 300 feet long to increase truck traffic capacity.
