'Advice for the Road' participant survey

Thank you for participating in our questionnaire. The purpose of this survey is to find Virginia commuters to be a part of the “Advice for the Road” section of the new 511 Virginia.org Web site, which is being developed by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

The new 511 site will give travelers and commuters in-depth information and the best possible solutions to help them get from point A to point B in the commonwealth.

The questions in this survey will help us to choose commuter profiles for “Advice for the Road.” We need your permission to publish your name, photo and content from this questionnaire on the site. If you are chosen, a VDOT representative will be in contact to schedule a time to take your picture. If your profile is not chosen, you will not be contacted.
